It is common to see an unknown credential status event in infinias after creating a valid cardholder. This event does not mean that the cardholder is not known to the server database; rather, the cardholder is known to the local database of the door controller.

If that cardholder is in a Group that has access privileges for a specific door, then simply push an update to the door.
